Made from epoxy resin as the main raw material, it has excellent chemical resistance and mechanical properties, and is suitable for painting metal products with high requirements for corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, and flexibility. It is generally not recommended to directly apply it to the surface coating of various outdoor products. Powder coating is one of the polymer synthetic materials, which has the characteristics of energy conservation, low pollution, and high efficiency. Not only can it form a film in one go, with high coating efficiency, but the surface coating has good anti-corrosion performance and high mechanical strength. Our company currently has fourteen series of thermosetting powder coatings, including epoxy, epoxy/polyester, polyester, polyurethane, and several thousand specifications of products. We also have various special purpose powder coatings, such as high decorative texture powder coatings, weather resistant, artistic, insulation, patterned, and various metal surface effects.

A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2: What about the lead time?
A2: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 10 tons.

Q2: Do you have any MOQ limit for powder coating order?
A2: MOQ 300KG.

Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
